Skelton life drawing

I really enjoyed this session, although it may not be the best piece of art I have ever produced but doing this help me understand the measurements of the body, I quite like the style that I have drawn the skeleton in, the next time I do this I will have a better understanding of the method of drawing this and fit it to scale on the paper better, if I had had more time I would of completed this activity.

3D sculptures

The first sculpture I created was an attempt to fill negative space with positive, using wire and tissue paper, this was the outcome:
After this I then went on to create a wire stick figure, to act as the bones of for my clay figurine. I found this activity very useful as it helped me to develop a better understanding of using clay and wire. This was my outcome:
Health and safety:
In the 3D studio, we had to wear protective gogles from any wire that could go into our eyes, we also had the chance to wear protective gloves when handling the wire.

Art GCSE final piece

I produced this piece of artwork using acrylic paint, vintage book paper, ink and fine liner pens in 10 hours. I chose a butterfly to mask the girls face (that was modeld by my friend) to represent beauty, as that's what we should see in every individual. I chose to work around the theme disguise and I think it works very well. I used the dot work technique on the butterfly's. I was very pleased with the outcome and I achieved a very good grade.

Frank Bobbins Institute

I enjoyed the artwork, including the potatoes series, the story behind it was really clever and interesting. I thought the whole building was really strange and creepy but that's what made it interesting. It was really good to find out what type of art John and Dave produce.

Depth-using shapes

I created depth using charcoal and chalk, I starts out by using simple circles then developed it into a bunch of grapes.
