Double exposure experiments

I have experimented with an app that lets me merge two mixtures together and create a double exposure photo, called Ghost lens. I thought of ways to make it look creepy, so I looked on the internet for inspiration on how to do that.  The technique is simple, you take a photo of your subject matter and then another of the thing you want to apply onto it, for example the first picture below was taken of the room with out the girl then with the girl, the half and half effect of the picture gives the effect that she's a ghost...

For a first try at using this media I think the outcome is good, 

I am going to continue with this technique as I really like the effect it gives off and there a lot of ways I can explore this.
